Rental marketplaces: common questions
Not out of the box, but yes with custom work. We place a hold on the renter's card through Stripe alongside the booking payment, then release or capture it after the rental depending on the outcome. We build the claim flow so both sides can submit evidence and the marketplace operator has the final say.
