The process

Discovery call
We talk through your marketplace model, who your users are, and where you are today: idea, no-code Sharetribe, an existing build, or another platform. You leave with an honest read on whether Sharetribe fits and roughly what it will take.

Written scope & proposal
A document that lists what we will build, what is out of scope, the timeline, and the price. If a piece is uncertain we say so and propose how to de-risk it. You know exactly what you are buying before you commit.

Design
Flows and screens designed for your marketplace, not a re-skinned template. We work in Figma, share early, and iterate with you. Design is approved before we write code, so build time is spent building.
- 04Weekly demos
Build in sprints
You get a staging environment on day one and a demo every week. Progress is visible, not reported. Scope changes are welcome; we tell you what they cost in time before we do them.
- 05Zero drama
Launch
Domain, Stripe live keys, email, monitoring, and a go-live checklist we have run dozens of times. For migrations this means parallel-run and a staged switch so your users never notice.

Grow
Real users show you what to build next. Most clients keep working with us on a retainer or project basis: new features, integrations, performance, and the occasional Sharetribe upgrade.

Best for: Live marketplaces that keep evolving
A monthly allocation of our time for features, fixes, integrations, and upgrades. Best once you are live and want a team that already knows your codebase on call.
Migration
Best for: No-code to self-hosted, GO to Flex, other platforms
Scoped after a look at your current setup. Fixed price, parallel-run cutover, zero downtime. Often followed by a retainer for the features you were migrating to unlock.
