About Zuprize
Zuprize is a Norwegian second-hand fashion marketplace built specifically for women. Sellers list clothes they no longer wear, buyers find quality garments at accessible prices, and the platform makes both sides feel confident about the transaction.
The brand promise is captured in three words: “Raskt å selge. Trygt å kjøpe.” (Quick to sell. Safe to buy.) Every part of the product had to earn that promise.
Our Sharetribe Solution
We worked with Zuprize on four focused workstreams, each shaped to raise conversion and lower friction on both sides of the marketplace.
Full Redesign
A ground-up visual refresh of the Sharetribe web template. New identity, new hierarchy, and a browse experience tuned to how women actually shop for second-hand clothing.
AI-Powered Listing Creation
Sellers upload a photo, AI proposes the title, category, description, and attributes. The listing goes from a blank form to a ready-to-publish draft in seconds, which is the single biggest lever for supply on a P2P fashion marketplace.
Stripe Onboarding Improvements
Rebuilt the seller Stripe Connect onboarding into a shorter, clearer flow. Fewer drop-offs before a seller can accept their first payment, and a cleaner recovery path when Stripe needs additional information.
Posten Shipping, End-to-End
Full integration with Posten, Norway's national postal service. Sellers get pre-generated labels, drop-off is available at any Post i Butikk location, and buyers get tracking automatically. The de-facto expected shipping experience for P2P commerce in Norway.
